Alcohol-Related Item

If the delivery includes alcoholic drinks or any other age-restricted items, which may not be delivered to a minor, please ensure a person of 18 years of age or older with appropriate identification is present to take delivery of the alcoholic drinks or other items. Flora Moments Pte Ltd reserves the right not to deliver any age-restricted product to anyone who is, or appears to be under, the age of 18 years old, and to charge the Customer an additional re-delivery fee of S$15. Flora Moments Pte Ltd also reserves the right to refuse to deliver any alcohol to any person who is, or appears to be, under the influence of either alcohol or drugs. You agree that if any applicable legal requirements for the delivery of alcohol are not met, Flora Moments Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel the alcohol-related portion of your order.

 

Limitation on Liability

In any event, and notwithstanding anything contained herein, Flora Moment Pte Ltd’s liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise howsoever, and whatever the cause thereof, arising by reason of or in connection with the sales and purchase order (except in relation to death or personal injury caused to the customer by the wilful act or gross negligence of Flora Moment Pte Ltd or its employees while acting in the course of their employment) shall be limited to the Purchase Price.

The customer shall not seek from Flora Moment Pte Ltd the loss of profits, contracts, revenue or business; or indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary and/or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the sales and purchase order.

 

Substitution Policy

Due to the nature of our trade, all products are subject to availability. In order to get your delivery on time and at its freshest condition, Flora Moments reserves the right to make appropriate substitutions with another similar product of equal or greater value. Should a substitution be required, our professional florist will consult you and inform you of the changes.

Although flowers may vary, every one of our arrangements are skillfully created to reflect your selection as close as possible in terms of shape, size, style and colour combination. Variety will take precedence over colours, so if for example, we do not have White Lilies in stock, then we will replace it with lilies of another colour.

Bank/ATM transfer
You can also choose to transfer money through the Automatic Teller Machines, or via Internet Banking directly into our bank account for the following banks

  1. Kindly use your Order ID as the payment reference.
  2. If you are doing an ATM transfer, please whatsapp a photo of the receipt and your Order ID to (65) 9777 9890.
  3. Once verified, we accept and process the order. You will be notified via SMS within 1 hour.

 

Delivery Time Slot Amendment Policy

Amendments of delivery date and timings must be requested two days before the requested delivery date.

Please express your intentions to amend your order by contacting Flora Moments via email hello@floramoments.sg or call us at (65) 6636 1368, stating your Order Confirmation number.

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation request MUST be submitted forty eight (48) hours before the requested delivery date and time. A Cancellation fee of 50% of purchase price will be imposed.

Cancellation request received less than 48 hours before the requested delivery date and time, the full purchase price will apply.

Refund Policy

Credit Card/Paypal
Refunds are processed and submitted to the bank within 14 working days* of receipt of your refund request. Thereafter, the bank will process the credit to your credit card. The time frame for the credit to manifest in your credit card statement is defined by the bank.

Bank/ATM Transfer
Refunds will be transferred into your bank account. Please provide your designated A/C details to us upon requesting for a refund. Kindly note that we are not liable for any loss of funds should you provide an incorrect bank account number.

 

Exchange Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the floral arrangement or consumables that you receive, Flora Moments will either replace the arrangement or give you a full refund as long as the product is returned in its original condition. Request for exchange must be made within 24 hours of receipt.

Inflated balloons sold are strictly non-refundable/exchangeable once the goods are handed over in good condition upon delivery.

Items sold are not exchangeable except for items delivered with defects. For non-perishable goods such as plush toys, non-inflated balloons and baby gears that may be delivered with defects, request for exchange must be made within 24 hours of receipt. In this case, Flora Moments will replace the defective items at no extra charge.
