Restricted areas  for carnation flower delivery include places like airport cargo areas, roads near airlines, military facilities, jails, shipyards, Jurong Island, and Seletar Aerospace. Ensure that the delivery date, address, and recipient's contact information are correct, and the recipient is available to accept the gift. If the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we offer a redelivery at the next available time for an additional fee of S$28.

For remote places, we reserve the right to charge additional fees of up to S$15 due to delivery costs incurred from our side. Remote areas consist of Sentosa Island, crematoriums, areas around Marina Coastal Drive, turf clubs, and the Changi Loyang area.

When arranging carnation flower deliveries to hospitals, please provide the complete registered name of the patient as it appears on their NRIC or Passport, along with full ward details in the recipient information. This data is essential for obtaining hospital clearance, allowing our delivery staff to complete the delivery promptly.

During peak and seasonal periods, free delivery charges for carnation flower bouquets may be suspended and the fees for our express and specific time delivery services may be subject to changes and/or increase without further notice. Peak Periods include:

• Mother's Day (2nd Sunday of May)
• Valentine's Day (14th Feb)

Please be aware that from 9th to 16th February and during Mother’s Day, prices for carnation bouquet deliveries will increase due to heightened costs of raw materials. Ensure the address, contact details, and gift message for your recipient are accurate when you place your order, as we are unable to make changes to Valentine's Day flower and Mother’s Day flower orders due to the significant increase in demand.

Also, note that we will NOT be delivering to Jurong Island, Airline Road, Changi Airport Cargo and Airbase, PSA (Free Freight Zone), Sentosa, Marina Bay Sands, all military bases, school campuses, and shopping malls during this period. We will contact you within 5-10 minutes of receiving your order to let you know the confirmation of your order.

To reduce the risk of order rejections during this period, please arrange the delivery location to include

• HDBs,
• Offices and commercial locations with known ease of parking,
• Offices and commercial locations next to the roads without zig-zag lines

Summary of what to expect during these periods:

• These periods are 9th Feb - 14th Feb, and the 5 days prior to the 2nd Sunday of May
• No address changes are possible once the orders are submitted
• Specific time delivery will be suspended
• There will only be a limited selection of products
• "Do not call Recipient" delivery service will be suspended
• Special delivery requests will be suspended
• Delivery to all educational institutions, airports, seaports, terminals, Sentosa, shopping malls and military bases will be suspended
• After 3 calls to the recipient's phone, the delivery partner will leave it at the doorstep or with the reception

While other online florists may not offer carnation bouquet delivery to Marina Bay Sands (MBS) and Changi Airport, we do provide this service. Please note that there is an additional charge of S$28 for deliveries to MBS and S$10 for deliveries to Jewel or Changi Airport.

Due to road closures associated with the F1 event, carnation flower deliveries to specific locations will be impacted. Throughout the F1 period, we may be unable to deliver the areas within the CBD. If this is the case, we would incur an additional S$28 for a rescheduling fee for the flowers to be delivered to another location in Singapore.

For "Do Not Call Recipient" service selectors being sent to the "Gated Compounds" locations, we are unfortunately unable to promise our service on this front. The sender/buyer would have to arrange the necessary steps to ensure that our delivery driver maintains the secrecy of the carnation bouquet. For the avoidance of doubt, while we try our utmost best to provide the best services we can possibly give, we are unfortunately not accountable for any spoilage of surprises on this front.

For the avoidance of doubt, should there be condominium intercoms not being answered or security guards calling the recipient for confirmation, we are also not accountable for any spoilage of surprises on this front.

While our delivery drivers aim to not call the recipient, after 15 minutes of trying, our delivery partners may have the discretion to call the recipient in order to fulfil the order.

For "Call Buyer", after 3 missed calls or after 5 minutes of waiting, the delivery partner will leave the carnation bouquet at the doorstep.

For "Call Recipient", after 3 missed calls or after 5 minutes of waiting, the delivery partner will leave the carnation bouquet at the doorstep.

For "Leave At Neighbour", if neighbours are not around, the delivery partner will leave the carnation bouquet at the doorstep.

For orders of conflicting instructions, "Leave At Doorstep" will be the default step.
