Order your Christmas hampers and gifts by 5pm (Mon - Fri) and by 4pm (Sat, Sun) for Same-day Delivery. Each working hour is an hour within the timings stated above.
- Regular Delivery: Eligible if the time between your order payment and the latest delivery timing is 4 working hours.
- Self-Pick Up @ Tanjong Pagar (Next to MRT): Minimum of 2 working hours lead time.

Restricted areas include places like airport cargo areas, roads near airlines, military facilities, jails, shipyards, Jurong Island, and Seletar Aerospace. Ensure that the delivery date, address, and recipient's contact information are correct and the recipient is available to accept the gift. If the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we offer a redelivery at the next available time for an additional fee of S$28.
For remote places, we reserve the right to charge additional fees up to S$15 extra due to additional delivery costs incurred from our side. Remote areas consist of Sentosa Island, crematoriums, areas around Marina Coastal Drive, turf clubs, and the Changi Loyang area.
When arranging deliveries to hospitals, please provide the complete registered name of the patient as it appears on their NRIC or Passport, along with full ward details in the recipient information. This data is essential for obtaining hospital clearance, allowing our delivery staff to complete the delivery promptly.
During peak and seasonal periods, free delivery charges may be suspended, and the delivery fees for our Express and Urgent services may be subject to changes and/or increase without further notice. Please be aware that from 9th to 16th February, prices for deliveries will increase due to heightened costs of raw materials. Ensure the address, contact details, and gift message for your recipient are accurate when you place your order, as we are unable to make changes to Valentine's Day orders due to the significant increase in demand.
Also, note that we will NOT be delivering to Jurong Island, Airline Road, Changi Airport Cargo and Airbase, PSA (Free Freight Zone), Sentosa, Marina Bay Sands, all military bases, school campuses, and shopping malls during this period. We will contact you within 5-10 minutes upon receiving your order to let you know about the confirmation of your order.
To reduce the risk of order rejections during this period, please arrange the delivery location to include

Yes, our flower shop delivers festive hampers to these locations, too. While other online florists may not offer delivery to Marina Bay Sands (MBS) and Changi Airport, we do provide this service. Please note that there is an additional charge of S$28 for deliveries to MBS and S$10 for deliveries to Jewel or Changi Airport.
Due to road closures associated with the F1 event, deliveries to specific locations will be impacted. Throughout the F1 period, we may be unable to deliver the areas within the CBD. If this is the case, we would incur an additional S$28 for a rescheduling fee for the flowers to be delivered to another location in Singapore.
