Restricted areas include places like airport cargo areas, roads near airlines, military facilities, jails, shipyards, Jurong Island, and Seletar Aerospace. If the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we offer a redelivery at the next available time for an additional fee of S$28.
For remote places, we reserve the right to charge additional fees up to S$15 extra due to additional delivery costs incurred from our side. Remote areas consist of Sentosa Island, crematoriums, areas around Marina Coastal Drive, turf clubs, and the Changi Loyang area.
When arranging deliveries to hospitals, please provide the complete registered name of the patient as it appears on their NRIC or Passport, along with full ward details in the recipient information. This data is essential for obtaining hospital clearance, allowing our delivery staff to complete the delivery promptly.

Due to road closures associated with the F1 event, deliveries to specific locations will be impacted. Throughout the F1 period, we may be unable to deliver the areas within the CBD.
