      Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee our service for "Do Not Call Recipient" deliveries being sent to "Gated Compounds" locations. The sender or buyer would have to arrange the necessary steps to ensure that our delivery driver is able to maintain the secrecy of the surprise.       While we strive to provide the best services we can possibly give, we are unfortunately not accountable for any spoilage or surprises in these situations. Additionally, if condominium intercoms are not being answered or security guards need to call the recipient for confirmation, we are also not responsible for any resulting issues.

      While our delivery drivers aim to not call the recipient, after 15 minutes of trying, our delivery partners may have the discretion to call the recipient in order to fulfil the order.

      For "Leave At Neighbour", if neighbours are not around, the delivery partner will leave the ordered item at the doorstep.

      "Leave At Doorstep" will be the default step for orders of conflicting instructions.
