We ensure quality of fresh flowers, skilled and experienced top florists, and minimal issues during delivery. Our prices are a manifestation of this promise.

How Long Can These Flowers Last?

Fresh flowers bought from our store typical last 5-7 days.

In high temperatures, the reduction is minimal, but by providing extra attention, you can extend the enjoyment for a minimum of seven days.

Replacement of Flowers / Fillers / Foliage

In rare supply chain or availability disruptions, some flowers in our products may need to be substituted if they are unavailable.

Rest assured, any replacements will match the value of the product and our florists will endeavor to maintain a similar color theme. Should any significant alterations be necessary that might change the original appearance of the bouquet, our team will contact you directly. We appreciate your understanding and support!

Can I Remain Anonymous For My Flower Delivery?

How Soon Can You Deliver the Flowers?

Our store working hours are: 9.30am to 7.30pm (Mon - Fri) | 9.30am to 6.30pm (Sat & Sun)

Each working hour is an hour within these timings.

For Delivery: Minimum of 2 working hours to create and deliver anywhere in Singapore

For Self-Pick Up @ Tanjong Pagar (Next to MRT): Minimum of 1 working hours to create

Please note that additional charges applies on Express services (<4 working hrs)

What are the Delivery Time Slots FLORAMOMENTS.SG have?

Our FREE delivery time slots are:

09:00hrs to 14:00hrs (9am - 2pm)
13:00hrs to 18:00hrs (1pm - 6pm)
18:00hrs to 22:00hrs (6pm - 10pm)

We offer specific time delivery slots of 1-hr block services for 24-hrs at various prices.

We offer Express Delivery service if the time between your order payment time and the latest timing the delivery must be made is less than 4 working hours.

What is a Working Hour?

Our store working hours are: 9.30am to 7.30pm (Mon - Fri) | 9.30am to 6.30pm (Sat & Sun)

Each working hour is an hour within these timings.

Current Payment Time of 6PM on a weekday and the Delivery Time of 10AM the next day is counted as 1.5 working hours for this day, and 0.5 working hours for the next day. Total of 2.0 working hours.

If the Current Payment Time now is 10AM, your Same-Day Delivery order would enjoy free delivery slots either from 12-4pm, 3-7pm or 6-10pm on the same
day.

If you would like it delivered by 12PM, we are unfortunately unable to create and deliver within 2 working hours.
If you would like it delivered by 2PM, please select Express Delivery and the specific 1-hr time slot
If you would like it delivered betwen 3-4PM, please select Specific 1-hr Delivery and the specific 1-hr time slot

If the Current Payment Time now is 6PM, your current Same-Day Delivery order
will NOT enjoy FREE delivery slot from 6-10PM.

If you would like it delivered by 8PM, please select Express Delivery and select the specific 1-hr time slot
If you would like to have FREE delivery still, the earliest time slot would be the next day's 9AM - 1PM

If the Current Payment Time now is 8PM, your current Same-Day Delivery order
will NOT enjoy FREE delivery slot nor Same-Day Delivery.

Since our store has closed since 7.30PM (6.30PM for Weekends & PH), our florists are only back at 9.30AM the next day, hence the working hour would only start from 9.30AM onwards
If you would like it delivered by 11.30AM, please select Express Delivery and select the specific 1-hr time slot
If you would like to have FREE delivery still, the earliest time slot would be the next day's 12PM - 4PM

Are There Any Restrictions on the Delivery Locations in Singapore?

Restricted areas include places like airport cargo areas, roads near airlines, military facilities, jails, shipyards, Jurong Island, and Seletar Aerospace. Ensure that the delivery date, address, and recipient's contact information are correct, and the recipient is available to accept the gift. If the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we offer a redelivery at the next available time for an additional fee of $28.00.

For Remote Places, we reserve the right to charge additional fees up to $15 extra due to additional delivery cost incurred from our side. Remote areas consist of Sentosa Island, crematoriums, areas around Marina Coastal Drive, turf clubs, and the Changi Loyang area.

Are There Any Further Information That I Would Need To Provide for Deliveries to Hospitals in Singapore?

When arranging deliveries to hospitals, please provide the complete registered name of the patient as it appears on their NRIC or Passport, along with full ward details in the recipient information. This data is essential for obtaining hospital clearance, allowing our delivery staff to complete the delivery promptly.

What Are Your Peak Period Policies?

During peak and seasonal periods, free delivery charges may be suspended and the delivery fees for our Express and Urgent services may subject to changes and/or increase without further notice. You may wish to check the delivery fee at the billing page during checkout or Call us at +65 6359 2312 or WhatsApp us at +65 8508 8400 to enquire further.

Valentine's Days & Mother's Days

Please be aware that from 9th to 16th February, prices for deliveries will increase due to heightened costs of raw materials. Ensure the address, contact details, and gift message for your recipient are accurate when you place your order, as we are unable to make changes to Valentine's Day orders due to the significant increase in demand.

Also, note that we will NOT be delivering to Jurong Island, Airline Road, Changi Airport Cargo and Airbase, PSA (Free Freight Zone), Sentosa, Marina Bay Sands, all military bases, school campuses, and shopping malls during this period. We will contact you within 5-10 minutes upon receiving your order to let you know on the confirmation of your order.

To reduce the risk of order rejections during this period, please arrange the delivery location to include

HDBs,
Offices and Commercial Locations with known ease of parking,
Offices and Commercial Locations next to the roads without zig-zag lines

No address changes are possible once the orders are submitted
Specific time delivery will be suspended
There will only be a limited selection of products
"Do not call Recipient" delivery service will be suspended

Delivery to all educational institutions, airports, seaports, terminals, Sentosa, shopping malls and military bases will be suspended
After 3 calls on the recipient's phone, the delivery partner will leave it at the doorstep or with the reception

Do You Deliver to Marina Bay Sands (MBS) and Jewel or Changi Airport?

While other online florists may not offer delivery to Marina Bay Sands (MBS) and Changi Airport, we do provide this service. Please note that there is an additional charge of $28 for deliveries to MBS and $10 for deliveries to Jewel or Changi Airport.

Are There Any Restrictions on Delivery the F1 Race Seasons in Singapore?

Due to road closures associated with the F1 event, deliveries to specific locations will be impacted. Throughout the F1 period, we may be unable to deliver the areas within the CBD. If this is the case, we would incur an additional $28 for a rescheduling fee for the flowers to be delivered to another location in Singapore.

Problems On Delivery

We are committed to ensuring that your order arrives within the designated time slot, as we understand the importance of timely delivery for your special moments and occasions.

Our promise to you includes a dedicated effort to meet your selected delivery time.

However, on very Rare Occasions, unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, traffic disruptions, or other logistical challenges may arise, potentially affecting our ability to deliver as promised. In such exceptional cases, we prioritize communication and will inform you as soon as possible about any changes or delays.

"Do Not Call Recipient" Delivery Service

For "Do Not Call Recipient" service selectors being sent to the "Gated Compounds" locations, we are unfortunately unable to promise our service on this front. The sender / buyer would have to arrange the necessary steps to ensure that our delivery driver maintain the secrecy of the surprise. For avoidance of doubt, while we try our upmost best to provide the best services we can possibly give, we are unfortunately not accountable for any spoilage of surprises on this front.

For avoidance of doubt, should there be condominium intercoms not being answered or security guards calling the recipient for confirmation, we are also not accountable for any spoilage of surprises on this front.

While our delivery drivers aim to not call the recipient, after 15minutes of trying, our delivery partners may have the discretion to call the recipient in order to fulfil the order.

What Do We Do When The Recipient is Not Present or the Sender & Recipient Are Not Picking Up Calls?

For "Call Buyer", after 3 missed calls or after 5 minutes of waiting, the delivery partner will leave it at the doorstep.

For "Call Recipient", after 3 missed calls or after 5 minutes of waiting, the delivery partner will leave it at the doorstep.

For "Leave At Neighbor", if neighbors are not around, the delivery partner will leave it at the doorstep.

For orders of conflicting instructions, "Leave At Doorstep" will be the default step.

Special Request Delivery Service Limitations
