What are your cut-off times for same-day flower delivery in Singapore? For our 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM delivery slot, the order cut-off is 2:00 PM. For our evening 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM slot, the cut-off is 5:00 PM on weekdays and 4:00 PM on weekends.

Do you offer specific or last-minute delivery timings? Yes, we provide specific 1-hour block deliveries and last-minute urgent delivery services for an additional surcharge of $38. Standard delivery timeslots are free for orders meeting our minimum spend.

Is there a minimum order amount for delivery? To qualify for our standard delivery service, there must be a minimum order of $88.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept a wide variety of payment options, including PayNow, all major Credit and Debit Cards, Buy-Now-Pay-Later options (like Atome and ShopBack PayLater), various E-Wallets, and CDC Vouchers.

Can I change my delivery date or time slot after ordering? Amendments to your delivery date and timings must be requested at least two days before the original requested delivery date by emailing us or calling +65 6359 2312.

What is your cancellation policy? Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date and time, subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur the full purchase price.

What happens if the recipient is not home during delivery? If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a redelivery can be arranged for an additional charge of $38. For perishable items like flowers, redelivery must occur on the same day or the next day to guarantee freshness.

Do you deliver to restricted areas or Sentosa? We deliver islandwide, but an extra $38 surcharge applies for deliveries to Sentosa Island. We currently do not deliver to restricted zones such as Army Camps, Jurong Island, PSA Ports, and Airport Cargo Complexes.

What is your flower substitution policy? To ensure your delivery arrives on time and in peak condition, we may substitute unavailable flowers with similar blooms of equal or greater value. We prioritize the overall style and flower variety over exact colors.

Can I request a refund or exchange if I am unsatisfied? If you are unsatisfied with your floral arrangement, we will offer a replacement or a full refund provided the product is returned in its original condition. Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receipt.
