100% Freshness Guarantee

Our 100% Freshness Guarantee ensures that you will receive quality blooms, balloons and consumables with every order. Packaged consumables with expiry dates are checked to have an expiry of no less than 3 months. Balloons are inflated within an hour before delivery.

If you find that the item you receive is not fresh or have a shorter lifespan than promised, please email us at hello@floramoments.sg within 12 hours of receipt. We will deliver another arrangement of equivalent value at no charge.

100% On Time Delivery

We guarantee that your item will be delivered at your selected time slot if the order is made within the stipulated time frame.

If the delivery was not made in time within the selected timeslot, please email us at hello@floramoments.sg Upon your request, we will send you a complimentary arrangement of an equivalent value to a recipient of your choice. This does not apply to same-day deliveries.

Flora Moments Pte Ltd will not be liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly from the late delivery or non-delivery of orders under any of the following circumstances:

• Delivery was made within stipulated time slot but recipient was not present at the given address
• No such person was at the given address
• No one was present at the recipient’s address
• Sender provided an incorrect address
• No valid contact number of recipient was provided for us to contact the recipient and make the delivery
• Recipient refused to accept the items delivered due to personal reasons
